High on our wishlists, Strathberry bags have become the ultimate wardrobe staple. Coming in lots of complementary colours, there’s one for every autumnal mood, whether its a dressier outfit or paired back with some jeans for your weekend plans.
Merging Spanish artisanship and Scottish heritage, these are bags for life. So, if you are looking for your next forever bag, here’s our guide to Strathberry.
Founded in 2013 by husband and wife Guy and Leeanne Hundleby, Strathberry is an Edinburgh based brand that specialises in leather luxury accessories. The name honours their Scottish roots, with Strath, meaning wide river valley in Scottish and the word berries inspired by traditional Scottish fabric and material dyes.
They started the brand after living in the mountain regions of Spain where they discovered leather craftsmanship that generations had perfected. Amazed by the attention to detail, they formed friendships with several artisans in the area and decided to create a luxury brand, that was refined, functional and accessible.
Where are Strathberry bags made?
All Strathberry bags are handcrafted in Spain, using only the very finest quality Spanish leathers and finishes.
East/West Shoulder Bag
The East/West Mini shoulder bag features a clean silhouette, with a compact, structured feel. Characterised by the label’s commitment to clean lines, the bag design is pulled together by the iconic bar across the front. The gold chain offers convenient over-the-shoulder wear, posing a striking contrast against the calf leather.
