I had a very positive experience. Bag came safely wrapped and very well packaged and protected. It also came with dust bag.

The bag is great and it was delivered exceptionally quick. If you are expecting this to come with a dust bag like if you buy from Coach, look elsewhere. However the big savings make up for this.

Purchased this bag late Saturday evening and received it on Monday midday - excellent service from this company. The bag is beautifully made, very spacious and is so classic. I cannot wait to style it, whether that be a cross body bag or a shoulder bag. Love this colour way and the added extra of having a discount code made it that little bit sweeter. Girl math came in to play and I just had to have this after being on my wish list for so long. Would definitely by another Coach bag and 100% would purchase from MyBag in the future❤️
