The bag is very smart and is as nice as it is in the picture. It is good quality and looks like it will keep its smart looks. The hidden pocket is perfect and big enough for a for purse, phone etc and it is safe from pickpockets! The black did come off on my hands just a little on first use but has been fine since. The straps twist a bit if you are trying to put it on in a hurry as they are clipped on, but can be straigtened once on. Overall, I love my packpack and it is roomy enough for everything that you need for a day out in the city.
