I did my homework and read reviews of their service and products first. I purchased the Ted Baker Donboss Embossed Messenger Bag. I realised to my horror after purchasing that I had not tracked my parcel and it was coming to New Zealand (NZ). I messaged MyBag straight away and although they could not alter my purchase, I was very impressed with their quick communication responses. My parcel arrived within 12 working days! Wow! (that is fast for NZ). I was super excited when I saw the box at the doorstep. I can not fault the packaging, it was neatly wrapped and secured safetly in the box. Bag is how it was described and looked online and there is no markings or scratchings on it. Thank-you very much. I will be purchasing again!
