Marc Jacobs revamps its iconic ‘Snapshot’ camera bag with Trompe L’Oeil (trick of the eye) features in the form of a faux zip embroidered across the top, an illustrated slider on the bag’s trademark guitar strap and a drawn-on exterior slip pocket in a deeper shade of pink.
Crafted from woven cotton canvas, the rectangular-structured accessory is decorated with black embroidered stitching throughout, offsetting its pink colourway. The zip-top closure opens to a compact interior, lined in fabric, with an open wall pocket. Designed to be carried across the body or slung over a shoulder with its detachable strap, which can be adjusted in length for versatile styling, the Snapshot is accentuated with gold tone hardware and finished with the premium fashion house’s signature double ‘J’ logo on the front panel – a clever detail resembling a camera lens.
