I love this bag! I've had shoulder problems and have been on the lookout for a nice backpack that doesn't make me look like a college student (I feel like most do) and this was great. It is quite light, roomy enough, pretty classy and you can easily flick it from backpack mode to crossbody (or shoulder bag) and to top it off it has top handles if you want to just carry it with your hand. I am not normally a fan of the quilted type but as the quilting is quite tight together and the actual stitching has a hint of shimmer in it it actually looks really nice.
