We don’t want to exaggerate, but we think Fashion Month may be our favourite time of year ever. With New York Fashion Week finishing earlier this month and London Fashion Week already in full swing, the MyBag team are far too excited to head down to the capital this weekend for some haute couture shenanigans…

MyBag will be staking out Brewer Street in London – just around the corner from the utterly on-trend Designer Showrooms – on the hunt for some of the coolest street style looks from LFW. If we like your look, prepare to be papped and featured on our blog and social – so keep your eyes peeled for us!

If it’s your first time at LFW, you’re probably unsure as to what to expect. We’re on hand to give you a heads up on the fashion pack clientele – take a look at the five people you’ll definitely see sashaying in the streets this LFW below…

The Limelight Hogger

PFW lll - By Andrew Barber (OmniStyle)-16

The limelight hogger will be stood right by the paparazzi, dressed head to toe in outrageous couture and posing like their life depends on it. Desperate to get shot for a magazine, blog or social media, they’ll have arrived at 5am and won’t leave until it gets dark (or they’re moved on by security).

Don’t let them steal your limelight – rock one of these statement accessories to ensure all eyes are on you.

The Effortless Fashionista

PFW VlI - By Andrew Barber (OmniStyle)-20

The effortless fashionista is the type of girl we all wish we could be – someone who rolls out of bed, brushes their teeth and just looks fabulous. Probably wearing a low-key outfit which still looks worthy of the catwalk, she’s totally oblivious of how amazing she looks – and how jealous we all are…

Get that effortless look with clean, minimalist pieces that scream I woke up like this…

The Fashion Flop

PFW lll - By Andrew Barber (OmniStyle)-17

The fashion flop has tried far too hard – they’re wearing every trend they can possibly think of, all on top of each other. It’s like Vogue exploded all over them – and not in a good way.

Avoid a fashion faux pas with some simple, classic pieces that remain on-trend every season.

The ‘What Am I Doing Here?’

PFW VI - By Andrew Barber (OmniStyle)-41

You can always tell who has stumbled into the fashion fray - entirely by mistake, when searching for a nearby Pret a Manger – by the wide-eyed, slightly panicked look on their faces. All they wanted was a skinny latte, and now they’re in the middle of an impromptu photoshoot. Awkward…

Hide your face from the paps with a pair of iconic shades.

The #Fblogger

PFW VI - By Andrew Barber (OmniStyle)-23

The #Fblogger will have a DSLR slung over one arm, and possibly a tripod tucked in their (cutting edge) backpack. The lucky ones will have a photographer – or have roped in their boyfriends – and will rock their AW16 looks with a London background, before changing into their third outfit of the day in a Starbucks bathroom. The things we do for fashion…

Be the best #fblogger on the block with these Instagrammable pieces…

For a chance to be papped by MyBag, and featured in an article, head to Brewer Street on Sunday 18th September!

Lover of statement accessories, scented candles, anything pink and a little bit of sparkle. A Southern girl in Manchester, when I’m not drooling over designer handbags I can be found fashion blogging, or exploring my new Northern home. My signature look? A nude lip and a very flamboyant pair of shoes.
