Fashion month officially kicks off on Thursday 10th September, with New York leading the way in showcasing the Spring/Summer ’16 collections designers have to offer.

Style at New York Fashion Week is all about polished glamour with a fun, fashionable twist – think monochrome separates with a statement, bejewelled shoe, or a feminine A-line skirt worn with a boxy cross body bag and trainers.
The city is still very much in the height of summer so it’s the perfect time to take advantage of loose-fitting styles. Try this season’s favourite off-the-shoulder tops worn with wide leg culottes and slip-on mules, or a ‘70s-inspired bell-sleeved dress.
